- Shipping Carrier
I use the USPS Ground Service (2-9 business days) as a carrier for all shipping within the U.S. You will receive an email when your order has been processed and shipped along with a tracking number.* Due to shipping delays it can possibly be up to 2 weeks. Please contact the USPS for information on your package if shipping takes longer than 9 days.
Please make sure your address is correct!
*If your item is deemed UNDELIVERABLE by the USPS you will be contacted by SKETZII and charged an additional shipping fee to ship to a new address.
- Damaged Items
If your item is received damaged due to a packing error please contact me to resolve the discrepancy. A replacement may be sent out to you if the damage is validated.
- Commissions
After the initial sketch is approved you will receive an invoice via email/app for the first payment installment (50% of agreed upon price). When your custom piece is complete you will receive an invoice for your second payment installment (50% of agreed upon price).
